# Delete entities

> Remove entities that are outdated or incorrect

#### Overview

Delete entities in App and Extension.

    When managing entities within the app or extension, you may need to delete outdated or irrelevant items. This keeps your workspace organized by removing unnecessary data.

    <strong> Option 1: From the list (multi‑select)</strong>\
    Check the boxes for one or more items, click `Delete` in the bulk actions bar, then confirm.

    <strong> Option 2: From the list context menu</strong>\
    Right‑click an item in the list and select `Delete`.

    <strong> Option 3: From an open entity</strong>
    Open an entity, click `...`, then choose `Delete`.

    1. Open the entity details
    2. Click `...` and choose `Delete`

#### Notes:

* Deleting removes the entity and its relationships; attached evidence remains available
